After the Justice Department unsealed the first indictment of the year in its long-signaled criminal crackdown on alleged customs fraud, Levy Firestone Muse partner Jason Manning co-authored an opinion for Litigation Daily analyzing the charges in the Forklifts case and forecasting the likely future course of trade enforcement actions.
