Ms. Clattenburg is a member of the firm’s litigation and investigations practice groups. She has represented clients in high profile, high stakes investigations and litigation.

Ms. Clattenburg has represented clients in business litigation, RICO cases, defamation cases, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation, and in response to third party subpoenas in civil litigation.  She has also represented clients in response to grand jury subpoenas and other inquiries from federal agencies and congressional committees. She represented Fusion GPS and its principals in four civil RICO suits brought against them, all of which the courts dismissed. She also represented them in a defamation case filed against them by three Russian oligarchs. That case was also dismissed.

She has represented clients in whistleblower actions, including co-representing Dr. Dennis Burke in a whistleblower lawsuit against Massachusetts General Hospital, resulting in a $13 million settlement.

She is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Second, Fourth and Ninth Circuits.

Prior to joining Levy Firestone Muse LLP, she worked as an attorney for the public interest law firm Public Citizen Litigation Group where she litigated FOIA and consumer protection cases. Ms. Clattenburg served as a law clerk to the Honorable S. Martin Teel, Jr., U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia. During law school, she worked for the Honorable Roger J. Miner of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Clattenburg graduated first in her class, summa cum laude, from Albany Law School and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University.
