Levy Firestone Muse lawyers have participated in congressional investigations from Watergate to the present. Our lawyers have spent decades representing corporations and individuals in congressional investigations, including Iran-Contra, Anita Hill, Filegate, Whitewater, Enron, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, Solyndra, 2016 Election Interference, January 6, and many others. We have also represented clients in congressional inquiries resolved with little to no public attention. We understand that congressional inquiries create unique legal and reputation risks for our clients, and we are experts at managing those risks. LFM partner Bob Muse served as a staff attorney on the Senate Watergate Committee and as general counsel to the Senate Katrina investigation. LFM partner Josh Levy served as counsel to U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer and to the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
