Mr. Perkins focuses his practice on litigation, investigations, white-collar defense, and whistleblower representation.

Mr. Perkins began his legal career at an international law firm in New York where his practice included complex cross-border litigation, white-collar defense, and internal investigations. He represented clients ranging from global financial institutions to individuals—as plaintiffs and defendants—in state and federal court and before the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also worked extensively on pro bono matters, including an asylum case covered by The Washington Post.

Before attending law school, Mr. Perkins was an associate at a government relations firm in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Perkins is a member of the District of Columbia and New York bars.
